Despite early rain, thousands turn out for annual Herring Run Festival

The third annual Herring Run Festival featured thousands of river herring - and people eager to watch them head upstream - and had a few surprise guests as well including a handful of elvers, baby eels that swim thousands of miles to spawn in Town Brook.
